Kasado is a sourcing, vetting, and compliance network for Philippine corporate-event production — connecting general contractors and production houses with verified, compliance-ready suppliers.
Kasado is non-transactional: general contractors and suppliers agree their own commercial terms and settle directly with each other, entirely off-platform. The platform never touches, holds, or routes any money between the parties — every commercial arrangement stays between the general contractor and the supplier.
Where Kasado offers a way to countersign a document, it provides an electronic signature with an audit trail — tied to a verified email identity and a timestamp. This gives both parties a clear, traceable record of who signed and when.
Kasado is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any contract template Kasado makes available is a lawyer-authored starting point — you review, complete, and adapt it yourself, or with your own counsel, before use.
Kasado's verification confirms that a supplier's submitted documents were reviewed and matched our compliance checks at a point in time. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, or ongoing warranty of that supplier's performance, quality, or continued compliance.
